I really like this one. I'd heard of Doves, but hadn't, as far as I can remember, heard much, if any, of their music. I didn't know they were Brits, either – in fact, they're from a part of the UK where I used to live, and which I know pretty well. The Stone Roses, if you're familiar with them, originate from the same area, and there are some similarities, although Doves seem to be a bit more upbeat. Thank you for sharing this.

The “Moodys” was my first 8 track album I bought for the newly installed 8 track player in my newly acquired '73 VW Sports Bug. Made those road trips to the [now no-longer] White Mountain Airport [N. Conway, N.H.] a “flight of fantasy” without ever leaving the ground.
