Very otherworldly, but definitely interesting. Another of those that it's difficult to find a point of comparison for, but, at least in the first half, I was reminded, for some reason, of French chanson, Edith Piaf, that kind of thing. Maybe that says more about the convolutions of my mind than anything else, who knows!
