I know I’ve touched on this topic more than once, but it’s important to me that I don’t get categorized as a porn writer. I have the last chapter and a rather long epilogue more or less completed, except for some tweaking. These two parts are probably the most provacative parts I have written so far. In the past I did some rewrites and deletions to dial back on the sexy factor. I’ve beat my head against the wall on this topic, but at the end of the day, the detail involved in some of these romantic adventures are as important to me as the detail of a beautiful sunset. It’s how they are etched into my mind, and it’s how I would like to express those memories, if I could get over my fear (see above).
The last chapter is the conclusion of a very memorable new years eve, and it will be posted at some point this weekend. The epilogue is a stop gap between book two and three, to cover a jump in time, where book three will begin.
I guess this will act as a forewarning. There will be segments that get rather explicit. Read at your own risk. If you chose to skip the more provocative paragraphs, you will probably still get the gist of the story.
I’ve decided to continue writing beyond this book. It’ll have new challenges that I have not yet figured out how to handle. Hopefully it’ll kind of write itself.

You’ve done a great job so far in conveying your feelings without making the writing too gross, so in my opinion you exhibit good judgement in compromising between extreme detail and generalization. If you feel explicit detail is important to the situation, include it. It’s certainly not going to bother me. I’m not reading this as a form of stimulation. My interest is in knowing what happened in your life to form you into the person you now are. Don’t be afraid to write what you feel is important. If it bothers some, it is easy for them to go elsewhere.
I’m glad you’ve decided to continue writing your life story as it has been to this point. You quickly became important to us back when you first appeared on the scene with your first blog. All of us were interested in your life then and continue to be so. I just hope that life continues to improve for you and that you experience the bright future that I feel is there for you. – Aof

If 'graphic' is what is needed for the story – your story – then sobeit. I can't imagine anyone, certainly not your regular readers, thinking any the less of you for it. As Aof suggested, if anyone is offended, it's certainly not compulsory for them to read. I'll look forward to the new chapters, as ever, and to book three, as and when you're ready to share it with us.

There's a huge difference in writing your memories explicitly and writing porn. One is designed to tell a story, the other to titillate and excite. Your writing is very mature, and I am convinced that you will handle the more racy bits with aplomb. I agree with Aof and Sammy B; we aren't reading this to be stimulated (except intellectually) and I am pretty sure your readers, at least the ones who leave comments, are mature enough to recognize the difference.

There's other places to go for porn. This is totally not that, and no matter how graphic it gets, so long as it's in the same style as what's already been posted here, it never will be.
